- Employment: Willing Café and Willing Resort have created job opportunities for local youth.

- WeChat Group: Mr. Pema has formed a WeChat group with 318 local households. This group channels all farm product sourcing, and serves as a platform for local news updates and information sharing.
- Weather Forecasts: Through WeChat group, Mr. Pema shares weather forecasts to help farmers plan their work schedules.
Annual Farmer’s Festival
- Inaugural Event: In November 2022, Willing Resort hosted and sponsored the first Farmer’s Festival.
- Community Bonding: The festival provides an opportunity for villagers to come together, strengthen social bonds, and showcase their agricultural products and cultural heritage and showcase local folk dances.
- Environmental Initiatives: Activities include awarding prizes for waste management initiatives to the villagers.
- Annual Celebration: The Farmer’s Festival will be celebrated annually on November 8.
