All rates are quoted in USD per night depending on the single or double occupancy payable in USD or equivalent BTN on the day of payment. Set Lunch and dinner or 3 course A La Carte is priced $35++ per person. For extra bed in Deluxe/Luxury Suite a USD 60 is charged extra. All the rates are applicable of 10% BST and 10% Service Charges.

Infant / Child Policy

Children under 6 years are provided complimentary breakfast.
However extra bed chargeable.
Children between 6-12 years are charged 50% on meals and for extra bed.
Children 12 years and above: They are charged full price for meals and for an extra bed.

Walk in guest are charged on the rack rate and full prior payments before check in

Occupancy:

• Maximum occupancy in all the Suite room is (3) adults.
• Additional charges apply to the 3rd person.
• Extra charges will apply for extra bed
• Smoking is not allowed in all the suite rooms
• No personal alcohol consumption is allowed in the rooms
• Pets are not allowed within the property and rooms

Any changes in reservations or last minute cancellations will be subject to Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:

• 100% payment deposit is required after the reservations / booking is confirmed.
• Payment deposit/remittance voucher is intimated through email to willingbhutan@gmail.com
• All other in house settlement like meal/bar/laundry/spa will be settled before check out date
• Failure to deposit payment on the required dates will result in cancellation of reservations

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 75% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
• No shows: 100% cancellation fee.
• These terms ensure clarity and a fair process for reservation changes or cancellations.
